Un tempo la carpenteria metallica leggera era più centrata sulla
pannellatura di perimetro e sulla realizzazione di cabina delle
macchine di produzione. Ora si è arrivati ad affrontare problematiche
di sicurezza, ergonomia, design funzionale ad un migliore posto di
lavoro e di riconoscimento del brand.
Dalle parti grezze alla verniciatura e montaggio custom, tutte le fasi
sono padroneggiate dal nostro personale.
Carpenteria
CLP produce internamente oggetti di carpenteria medio-leggera. Le fasi di produzione constano di:

Verniciatura
La verniciatura viene effettuata esternamente all’azienda. La CLP alimenta più di 3 verniciature industriali situate nella zona di Avigliana, nei pressi Torino. La maggior parte delle verniciature con cui CLP collabora sono dotate di impianti automatici.
La verniciatura a polvere è la soluzione maggiormente richiesta nella realizzazione di una carenatura. CLP è in grado di seguire le specifiche, rispettare i capitolati richiesti dal cliente o eventualmente proporre delle soluzioni valide.
Assemblaggio
CLP consegna strutture e carenature completamente o parzialmente montate.

Locate near the city of Turin, at the base of the western Alps, CLP operates from more than 20 years in the metal carpentry field. All the activities deal with the realization of housings and external repairs mainly for the milling machine market. CLP’s customers are enterprises that request the realization of partial or complete housings for their product portfolio.
During the decades CLP dealt with the change of problematics that arose together with new features that are requested on production machines: security, design, logistic, custom production. None of these tasks worry us.

CLP controls internally all the organs that lead to the realization of metal-sheets made items.
CLP’s project department is mainly production-oriented. It is capable to elaborate 2D and 3D data to supply CNC laser-cut and punching machines and is fully indipendent in fulfilling technical changes on customer requests.
Purchase department holds and develops the supply chain according to the tasks requested by the customers. Strong bending, welding and assembly departments are the core of the production chain.

Spin off
To stregthen CLP’s production capabilities a spin-off has been created in 1997 under the name of MITAI. The enterprise is indipendent and active mainly in the food and enologic maket. It is strongly powered with integrated CNC fiber-laser cut machines with automated feed system. This aspect allows MITAI to be an important cutting/bending service center for CLP.
MITAI is certified Industry 4.0 and fully takes advantage of integrated systems to make the production quick and controllable in real time. To better know MITAI please visit: www.mitai.it
Outside
CLP manages different phases of the production outsourcing the tasks to local realities. This kind of management leads to the possibility to pipeline production or redirect precise tasks to skilled suppliers. This resolves in a share of the know how in both directions.
CLP achieved great results with constant and strict quality checks directly at the supplier’s place. This strategy speeds up the processes and avoids costs that are typical of internal management.
We consider our suppliers part of a group. For a good group challenges may not be impossible.
